The daily lemming

I bet one of you has tried the Frangipani Monoi Body Oil from Elemis and can tell me if it is lemming-worthy? "Discover a skin-smoothing paradise with this ultra-hydrating body oil. Sourced from the beautiful coral shores of the Polynesian Islands, the superior blend of Frangipani, Monoi and Coconut oils intensely nourishes your body and restores peace and harmony in your mind. Skin is left looking smooth, feeling soft and smelling like a tropical paradise." 35 ml for $24 or 100 ml for $56 at Elemis.

Method's latest limited edition hand wash collaboration is with Fifty-Nine Parks ("...brings the beauty of our national playgrounds to your sink. plus, we’re supporting the national park foundation’s parkventures program to help eliminate barriers, and promote access to the benefits of the great outdoors for all.") and features five scents. My pick, second from the right, is Desert Citrus ("with zesty notes of orange and grapefruit representing Grand Canyon") and it's exclusive to Grove, where it's sold in gel or foaming, $3.79 each. (Paradise Reef and Alpine Meadow are exclusive to Target; Woodlands and Harbor Cove should be anywhere Method is sold.)

I am loving Yves Rocher Argan Rose Hammam Shower Gel (which I took a few years to buy) so this is a tempting markdown: the matching body lotion, $3 (yep, 3) for 200 ml. There is also a hand cream, but you have to pay the full price ($4!) for that. At Yves Rocher USA.

The perfect lemming for a frazzled Monday? The Hinoki Bath Set from Wonder Valley: "This Bathing Set is an invitation to slow down, draw a hot bath and allow your edges to soften. To begin, immerse the sachet of Hinoki Bath Tea into the hot water, allowing it to steep and release the sweet, evergreen aroma and calming benefits. The bar soap greets your skin with a soft lather, replenishing moisture while cleansing. When your soak is complete, remove the sachet and dry - reserving it to re-use up to 3 times. Best followed with a neck-to-toes application of Hinoki Body Oil, a lingering sensory reminder of the peace and calm of this bath. The Hinoki Bath Set includes one bar of Hinoki Soap, the Hinoki Bath Tea (contains two sachets), one washcloth, and one soap rest made of pure Hinoki wood." $58 at Wonder Valley.
