Diptyque's candle carousel for 2018 (I missed the 2017 design, I think, but you can see 2016 here), like this year's holiday candles, honors the "imaginary folklore" Légende du Nord theme by artist Pierre Marie. Attaches to any Diptyque 190g candle, $60.

Want: the new Odeurs d'Egypte collection from Cire Trudon for holiday 2018. The scents are Philae ("The Philæ candle is scented with a soft papyrus fragrance that evokes a timeless heritage"), Amon ("Creative and solar, Amon is the master of eternity: naturally, the Amon candle is scented with traditional incense and the voluptuousness of cedar wood in order for timelessness to prevail") and Gizeh ("The candle’s distinct candied-firewood scent evokes age-old History"). Available in a 3 x 100g gift set, or in individual 270g sizes.
