From Frédéric Malle, the USB-rechargeable Fleur Mécanique II diffuser: "To create Fleur Mécanique II, Frédéric Malle concocted, like a mad scientist, a device that is both simple and wonderfully complex which adapts the scents to each person’s space and mood. The fan allows one to control the intensity, duration, and frequency of diffusion of one's favorite perfume. Using dimmers and timers, the perfume is diffused at the desired intensity. Effortless and instantaneous, the cartridge can be changed in the blink of an eye to adapt a home fragrance to one's mood. An immediate change of atmosphere." $730 at Saks; the cartridges (sold separately, available in Jurassic Flower, Café Society, Saints des Saints, Rosa Rugosa and 1er Mai) are $60.

From Scandles, the Red Heirloom Tomato Candle: "Beautifully molded from a real tomato, this soy-wax candle smells deliciously of tomato leaves and looks yummy enough to eat (but please don't). You'd be a fool to pass-ta up on this garden-fresh cutie". $28 at Nordstrom, where you'll also find the Purple Heirloom Tomato Candle, as well as Avocado, Navel Orange and a six pack of Eggs.

A springtime lemming courtesy of Kevin: Trudon's Versailles candle. "A quintessential accord representing French gardens in spring, both very floral and refreshing. The Versailles Collection, already iconic with its frozen azure-blue vessel and its both highly floral and refreshing fragrance, captures an atmosphere as refined as it is whimsical: a garden created from scratch to entertain and enchant a king, his court and his friends." With litsea cubeba, mint, peonies, thyme, rosemary, tuberose, linden, honeysuckle and oak. In 4 sizes, €42 - €520 (these are not yet on Trudon's US site).

Diptyque's limited edition Fleur de Cerisier is back for 2024 with a highly lemmable floral design: "The Fleur de Cerisier (Cherry Blossom) scented candle is back to celebrate the spring season and its delicate, ephemeral pink blooms. As summer approaches, it will be carried away by the breeze like fluttering petals." In 190g, currently at Diptyque in Hong Kong for HK$600 but scheduled for worldwide release.
