I’m in Hermès Myrrhe Églantine for the Elvis Costello version of A Good Year for the Roses.* It was included on his country-covers album Almost Blue in 1981. It has never been my favorite Elvis album but I’ve always loved this song. My tea at the moment is Upton’s Tippy Colombian organic, with a bit of cardamom.

Happy Friday! Today is also Karl Lagerfeld’s birthday. Our community project for today: wear a Karl Lagerfeld fragrance, or a fragrance from his stints at other fashion houses (Chloe, Chanel, etc). Or, wear a fragrance he wore (scroll down, although I am sure he wore other fragrances as well…feel free to investigate).
