It’s Friday and Josephine Baker Day. Happy 76th birthday to Cher! Plus, happy World Bee Day. Our community project for today: wear a fragrance with a honey note or wear a fragrance inspired by wildflowers, or celebrate World Bee Day in some other way. (We did a honey project in 2017.)

What fragrance did you pick? As always, do chime in with your scent of the day even if you’re not participating in the community project.

I’m almost forgot there was honey in Astier de Villatte Grand Chalet. I am wearing a drop since I haven’t much left, and once again thinking I should really buy a bottle. (Same old story…)

Happy Almost-Friday and happy National Notebook Day! (Celebrate by writing something down in a bound paper notebook, remember those?) What fragrance are you wearing?

I’m taking community project points in Hiram Green Slowdive. Ten minutes after putting it on I thought wow, why don’t I own this? But of course during the 4+ years it took me to decide, Hiram Green stopped making 10 ml bottles. Money saved, again.

It’s Hump Day and International Museum Day. (And don’t forget: the splitmeet is coming up on Saturday.) Birthdays: Gertrude Käsebier, Frank Capra, Big Joe Turner, W. G. Sebald. What fragrance are you wearing?

It’s another gorgeous spring day here, and my fringe tree is in full bloom. I’m in Ormonde Jayne Osmanthus (lovely but not as lovely as the smell of the fringe tree).

It’s Tuesday, plus World Baking Day and the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia. Happy 80th birthday to Taj Mahal! (That’s the blues musician, not the mausoleum.) What fragrance are you wearing?

I’m in a dab of vintage Diorissimo for a beautiful spring morning. Tea at the moment is Season’s Pick Jin Jun Mei from Upton.
