For fans of MAC Turquatic: the body wash is on mark down, to $22 for 200 ml. "This gel-based moisturizing body wash cleanses the skin while scenting it lightly with M·A·C's signature Turquatic Fragrance. Flying Fox shower gel (top center) is back at UK Lush, as is Rose Jam, plus a bunch of others, some of which I have not tried — including Grass, Sultana, American Cream, Calacas, Avocado Wash (bottom right) and Whoosh (bottom left). Hope these all get to the US, and then hope I can get myself to the mall before they disappear again. And Lush, please bring back Wash Behind Your Ears!

I need a good vetiver shower gel. This one likely costs more than I'm going to spend, but it's tempting. From niche line Escentric Molecules, Escentric 03 body wash: "....a gentle, fragrance-rich formula that leaves the skin feeling vibrant and fresh. Paraben- and sulfate-free, this wash features notes of vetiveryl acetate, a smooth and woody vetiver molecule with a grapefruit accent, together with fresh lime peel, ginger, green peppercorn, and musk." $40 for 200 ml at Barneys.

I have two “kids”; both cats. If they could give Father’s Day presents to me, I know they’d be either food-focused (Teddy Caramelo Calzini: redhead, polydactyl with attitude) or toy-focused (Uncle Vanya Mandelstam: he catches birds through windows — a feat! And he insists on wearing his luxurious coat all year round…see above).
