Macy's is upping their game lately with a bunch of reasonably priced, not-quite-niche but not-designer-either scented products at a reasonable price. Witness the Gin room spray from Clark & James: "Gin the fragrance of evening cocktail parties and a roaring good time. Inspired by a classic gin tonic, with notes of juniper, rosemary, ginger and a hint of fresh lime." 237 ml for $25.

Lavanila has a bunch of new scents in their "healthy" deodorant line since we last checked in. (Back in 2013, Jessica said the Lavanila Fresh Vanilla Lemon was her favorite deodorant; and she gave Vanilla Breeze Sport Luxe Deodorant good marks for hot weather.) Shown is the new Vanilla + Fire, from their Elements collection: "This warm and exotic blend of red ginger, wild orange, and soft vanilla ignites your inner power and energy. A natural vanilla fire deodorant."$14 for 57g. Also new is a Vanilla Eucalyptus probiotic deodorant, and I think I read somewhere that a Vanilla Spring scent is due to launch this year (Vanilla Winter features balsam fir and mint.)

Shown in Nectar d’Issey (which I assume is the same as L’Eau d’Issey Pure Nectar de Parfum, but who can say). Here is the brand’s explanation, via Hudson’s Bay in Canada, where they are $45 CAD and $138 CAD respectively, and where you’ll also find the same set up in L’Eau d’Issey and L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme…

In case you missed last year's Raw Materials in Color collection from Diptyque, here's your next opportunity to snag a limited edition collector bottle: the Impossible Bouquets collection. "Six unreal floral arrangements that exist outside of time and season, digitally created by artist Bas Meeuws. Inspired by Flemish still lifes from the 17th century, they symbolize six diptyque floral fragrances and recall the work of the perfumer, who also creates impossible virtual bouquets—a vision of nature elevated to its finest." Shown is L'Ombre dans L'Eau; also available in Do Son, Eau Rose, Eau des Sens, Olene and Eau Moheli. $140 each for 100 ml.
