In case you're willing to shell out a bit more for your lip balm, here's Naturopathica's Sweet Cherry Conditioning Lip Butter ("A luscious lip treatment, featuring a naturally plumping pomegranate-jojoba complex and antioxidant-rich sweet cherry seed oil, deeply conditions to reveal softer, fuller lips"; $22 for 15 ml). I've never tried it but it does seem to get good reviews, and there's a matching lip scrub as well.
The latest potential drain on your wallet from Guerlain (and another collaboration with Maison Matisse): Couleur Bonheur, a modern fruity chypre celebrating the 170th anniversary of the bee bottle and La Musique, a 1939 painting by Henri Matisse. "The first movement, an allegro vivace, features the yellow of bergamot with crystalline tones. The second movement, an allegro espressivo, offers the velvety orange of an apricot accord blended with the brightness of rose. The third movement, an allegro andante, showcases the deep purple of iris contrasted with the white of a leather accord." In 1L Extrait de Parfum, 14 hand painted bottles were made, if you have to ask the price you can't afford it.
A cheap-thrills lemming for National Bittersweet Chocolate Day: Vaseline Cocoa Butter Lip Therapy, promising "an appealing cocoa and vanilla scent" (do comment if you've tried it). $5.99 for 17g at Amazon, probably even cheaper somewhere else, and also sold in a regular lip balm tube.
