The Fragrance Foundation Arabia has announced the winners of the 2010 Fifi Awards Dubai. The Middle East chapter of the Fragrance Foundation was established in 2008, and this is the first year they have held an awards ceremony. The winners are:

Starting today, the Fragrance Foundation will be giving away one Fifi-nominated fragrance every day at 5 pm on their Facebook page — all you need to do is become a fan and leave a comment, although only residents of the US are eligible to win. Today's fragrance prize is Avon's Reese Witherspoon In Bloom, and there at least 11 more to come.
