Fragonard's tin candles are adorable. Shown is Coriandre Lemongrass: "Coriandre Lemongrass (Coriander Lemongrass) Green and spicy, this fragrance reveals a mix of fresh herbs: coriander, citronella, basil and mint echoing a cardamom ginger duo softened by a touch of coconut." €28 for 200g (also on Amazon for about $30).

From Penhaligon's, the Christmas Is In The Air candle: "Fir balsam needles and juniper berry unveil a crisp and luminous freshness. A heart of cedarwood reveals a dry, woody character, intensified by the richer notes of patchouli. Fir balsam absolute adds texture to its base with its resinous and almost gourmand warmth, enhanced by velvety shades of cashmeran." $79 at Bloomingdale's.
