A lemmable summer hostess gift? From Lafco, the Summer Fling soap duo. "This cheerful, summer-inspired, limited-edition gift set contains two luxurious, ultra-hydrating, palm oil-free natural bar soaps delicately fragranced with LAFCO New York's citrusy fan-favorite White Grapefruit scent. These olive-oil bar soaps are further infused with rosehip powder to replenish skin after a day at the beach. White Grapefruit is an exhilarating blend of pineapple and grapefruit nestled on a bed of green fern and mandarin leaves. The refreshing scent is warmed by sumptuous notes of apple wood and orange blossom." $32 at Neiman Marcus.

Perfect for spring? Lilac bar soap from Caswell Massey: "Our Lilac Bath Soap is made in partnership with The New York Botanical Garden, and each purchase directly supports the park's work in plant research and conservation, horticulture, and education. Make your bath or shower ritual more indulgent with our long-lasting, plant-based, triple-milled Lilac soap. With the fresh, delicate scent of a stroll along the New York Botanical Garden's Lilac Hill, it has a gentle and moisturizing lather." (It is probably the same as this one, just prettier.) $11 for the 92g bar at Caswell Massey.

The perfect lemming for a frazzled Monday? The Hinoki Bath Set from Wonder Valley: "This Bathing Set is an invitation to slow down, draw a hot bath and allow your edges to soften. To begin, immerse the sachet of Hinoki Bath Tea into the hot water, allowing it to steep and release the sweet, evergreen aroma and calming benefits. The bar soap greets your skin with a soft lather, replenishing moisture while cleansing. When your soak is complete, remove the sachet and dry - reserving it to re-use up to 3 times. Best followed with a neck-to-toes application of Hinoki Body Oil, a lingering sensory reminder of the peace and calm of this bath. The Hinoki Bath Set includes one bar of Hinoki Soap, the Hinoki Bath Tea (contains two sachets), one washcloth, and one soap rest made of pure Hinoki wood." $58 at Wonder Valley.

I will never need another soap dish in this lifetime, but if I did, the clawfoot tub from Pré de Provence is on my list. "A clawfoot bathtub inspired soap dish to enhance any kitchen or bath deco. Use traditionally or to hold trinkets and jewelry." $24.99. It holds a 250g soap, and aha, there's a new Lemon Mojito bar: "Lemon Mojito is a smooth summer blend of sparkling citrus, spicy ginger, juicy watermelon and fresh mint, wrapped in warm vanilla rum." $10.99 at Pré de Provence.
