Guerlain Tabac Sahara ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 6 January 2026 4 Comments

Guerlain has launched Tabac Sahara, a new addition to the Absolus Allegoria collection.

Tabac Sahara is a captivating nocturnal journey to the heart of the desert. Mysterious and smoky wreaths of tobacco meet the sensual addiction of a raspberry accord, beautifully enhanced by the warmth of an ambergris accord. Through its tangy freshness, the red berry creates a vibrant contrast with tobacco’s golden nuances, suggesting the pink halo that surrounds the dunes at nightfall.

Absolus Allegoria, the absolute fragrance collection, is an enchanting and mysterious journey to the heart of the world’s wonders once night falls: fragrance trails celebrating deep and powerful nature, revealed by striking contrasts in the moonlight.

“Tabac Sahara is the perfume of a desert of pink dunes by starlight. The encounter of tobacco’s golden nuances with a pink raspberry note.” Delphine Jelk, Guerlain Perfume Creation Director & Perfumer

Guerlain Tabac Sahara is available in 75 and 125 ml Eau de Parfum.

I’m kind of skeptical with those ingredients, raspberry with tobacco and ambergris? Pick a lane as they say lol. I know this whole line tends toward lighter, but I’m not sure fruity is a positive here. I’d have loved just a smoky amber scent.

Whereas I was surprised they didn’t do cherry tobacco…
