British department store Liberty London has launched Liberty 1875, a new addition to the LBTY fragrance collection.

Imagine a wood panelled room, infused with a century and a half of subtle laughter and rich tobacco smoke, dressed up for the evening with abundant Indian tuberose flowers, creating an irresistible tension. That contrast fascinated me—the masculine weight of aged wood and tobacco meeting the feminine allure of heady florals. It creates this beautiful tension, like whispers from the past colliding with endless possibility.
