Jo Malone Sandalwood & Spiced Apricot ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 12 September 2025 4 Comments

Jo Malone has launched Sandalwood & Spiced Apricot, a new limited edition fragrance for Holiday 2025. (Last year's model was Fir & Artemisia.)

What it is: A limited-edition fragrance enwrapped in the merry spirit of the evening with warm sandalwood and the richness of vanilla.

Fragrance story: The festive spirit of warm sandalwood and vanilla define this spicy fragrance. The freshness of cardamom revels with the velvety smoothness of apricot. A playful scent for the season.

Jo Malone Sandalwood & Spiced Apricot is available now at Nordstrom, in 30 and 100 ml Cologne ($90 and $170).

Update: a more detailed description from Dillard's...

Inspired by the playful energy of gatherings with friends and family, it evokes the glow of fireside laughter, shared games, and comforting spiced drinks.

This sensual woody fragrance blends velvety apricot with the freshness of cardamom and nutmeg, layered over rich sandalwood, smooth patchouli, and soft vanilla. The result is a warm and playful cologne that is sweet, spiced, and deeply comforting, making it the perfect scent for the season.

JM has done the notes of cardamom and apricot well before in separate fragrances that I’ve smelled before. This doesn’t sound like a holiday fragrance to me though. I wish they would bring Ginger Biscuit back again.

Update: Jo Malone Ginger Biscuit is going to be at Sephora with a red top similar to the style shown above. And it will be in a 10 ml travel spray too! I have so many Sephora points I never used. I think it will be time to trade some in for a discount.
