Huge excitement here in Aberdeen, Scotland – certainly for people of a certain age/generation, of which I am not one! – when a branch opened here. It’s not a shop I’ve ever been into, either in major UK cities or when I’ve been in the US. I’m afraid I don’t really see the attraction, even when I was a lot younger.
