The daily lemming

Posted by Robin on 2 January 2025 7 Comments

I might just need one: the Mac and Cheese candle from Southlake Gifts. "The Macaroni and Cheese Candle Bowl is perfect for those with carb cravings without finding the perfect recipe. This handmade macaroni and cheese candle comes in a porcelain bowl and smells just like the real thing. Take it home and wake up feeling cheesy!" $20 for 160g at Nordstrom.

I really like Mac ‘n Cheese but to smell like one all day everyday (well, for as long as the candle lasts), thanks, but no thanks 🤣

Well I definitely don’t want to smell like it all day! But that candle in my kitchen would amuse me 🙂

They also have a taco one and fireside cocoa one if those interest you.

I’ll do the fireside cocoa, NOT the taco. Alas, in my low buy, I will be foregoing candle purchases unless there is an irresistible one.

Oooh, I love the succulent candle! Living in the desert, this is perfect for me. Also, the baby otter one is probably the most adorable candle I have ever seen:).

Food candles are very strange to me – just cook whatever it is you want to smell. Then, you get to eat it. However, when I was in Japan I was fascinated by fake food displays, which this candle reminds me of.
