Anna Sui has launched Wild Wonder, a new collection of five 'fantasy world' fragrances marking the brand's 25th anniversary as a fragrance house. Dew Fields, Electric Whisper, Mystic Luna, Thorn of a Rose and Utopia Mist were developed by perfumer Jérôme Épinette.
Dew Fields ~ 'Determined and energetic', a fresh floral with green tea, blackcurrant, lemon, peony, cyclamen, rose, sandalwood and pink musk.
Electric Whisper ~ "Awaken your senses with Electric Whisper, a playful rose lychee scent. This floral fruity fragrance opens with vibrant Bergamot and black currant & zingy pink pepper. In the heart, floral notes of rose & magnolia compliment the juiciness of lychee & guava fruits. Woody vetiver, warm ambroxan, and herbaceous patchouli balance out the sweetness of pink sugar in the base."
Mystic Luna ~ "Let dreams take flight with Mystic Luna, a delicate rose and white musk scent. This floral amber fragrance opens with vibrant bergamot and juicy yet spicy juniper berries. In the heart, a delicate note of rose grasse softens the intensity of jasmine’s while floral. Ambroxan and crisp amber ground the scent in the base with their essence of musk and warmth."
Thorn of a Rose ~ "Exude elegance with an edge when you wear Thorn of a Rose: a bold rose citrus scent. This floral woody fragrance opens with juicy and sweet mandarin, contrasted with sharp and spicy pink pepper. In the heart, a delicate note of rose damascena dances with violet to create a pleasant and subtle floralcy. Incense and patchouli ground this fragrance in the base with warm smokiness, woodiness, earthiness, and herbalness."
Utopia Mist ~ "With Utopia Mist, transport yourself to a warm oasis filled a rose spice scent. This floral spicy fragrance opens with warm Saffron, zingy Pink Pepper, and tangy Yuzu.
