Fendi x 7 ~ new fragrances

Posted by Robin on 17 May 2024 10 Comments

Fendi will launch seven new fragrances — Casa Grande, Ciao Amore, Dolce Bacio, La Baguette, Perché No, Prima Terra and Sempre Mio — in June. Each of the fragrances were inspired by key people, places and events in the brand's history.

Casa Grande ~ developed by perfumer Quentin Bisch and inspired by brand co-founder Adele Fendi (her maiden name was Casagrande) and the original Fendi leather goods shop established in 1925. With amber, cherry, leather, myrrh, vanilla and tonka bean.

Ciao Amore ~ developed by perfumer Fanny Bal and inspired by Leonetta Luciano Fendi and the family home on the Italian island Ponza. A warm solar fragrance with orange blossom, fig leaves and tonka bean.

Dolce Bacio ~ developed by perfumer Anne Flipo and inspired by Anna Fendi and a mother's kiss. With apricot, patchouli and rose.

La Baguette ~ developed by perfumer Anne Flipo, named for the brand's Baguette bags, and inspired by Delfina Delettrez Fendi’s twins and their favorite snack, bread with butter and sugar. With vanilla, iris and leather.

Perché No ~ developed by perfumer Quentin Bisch and inspired by Silvia Venturini Fendi and the family retreat I Casali del Pino. With spices, fresh linen, pink pepper and sandalwood.

Prima Terra ~ developed by perfumer Quentin Bisch and inspired by Fendi designer Kim Jones and his childhood in Africa. With tangerine, rosemary and oak moss.

Sempre Mio ~ developed by perfumer Quentin Bisch and inspired by Delfina Delettrez Fendi and her childhood in Morocco. With bergamot, orange blossom and cedar.

Fendi Casa Grande, Ciao Amore, Dolce Bacio, La Baguette, Perché No, Prima Terra and Sempre Mio will reportedly be €290 for 100 ml.

Thanks Fendi for discontinuing some of the greatest perfumes ever and coming out with perfume I won’t get to try, let alone afford. 👍
    P.S. I don’t like the bottles.

Seriously they should have put Theorema in this group.

Although also seriously I adore Theorema but nobody has yet made the perfume I would pay 290 euros for 🙂

I agree with Theorema. I still moan that they discontinued that beauty. Or is it still made for the Italian market?

All the other perfumes from Fendi were discontinued years ago. LVMH tried to relaunch Fendi Perfumes a few years ago and they discontinued them again. Seems only the expensive”private collections” sell well

Only seven? They’re just not trying. 10-12 or get out.

Unappealing bottles, generic-sounding juice, ludicrous price. Seems very on-brand.
