L’Occitane Herbae Iris Pallida ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 22 March 2024 2 Comments

L’Occitane has launched Herbae par L'Occitane Iris Pallida, a new green floral fragrance for women. Herbae Iris Pallida is a flanker to 2019's Herbae.

Immerse yourself in the allure of Iris Pallida, Grasse’s coveted blue gold - a treasure in perfumery symbolising renewal and the blossoming of Summer. This floral green iris scent is a harmonious blend of striking freshness, a subtle herbaceous Iris floral heart, and warm musky notes. Enriched with the natural extract of Iris Pallida, blooming in the heart of Provence as Summer awakens, the fragrance unfolds into an addictive, refreshing floral symphony.

The sparkling, green freshness from the bergamot, rhubarb leaf and lemon notes give way to notes of herbaceous holy grass and floral, airy Iris Pallida. This heart is magnified by powerfully warm notes of amber woods that contrast with the clean freshness of incense. The musky notes envelop this dry down with their cottony and comforting softness.

L'Occitane Herbae Iris Pallida is available in 50 ml Eau de Toilette and in matching bath & body products.

Very cute bottle! Worth a sniff!

I don’t think L’Occitane bills itself as having all natural perfumes as amber woods would not be on my list of natural. I could be wrong though.

I did not think they were claiming this was a natural fragrance other than the iris, and I don’t even read the description as saying all the iris is natural, just that they’ve used some natural iris 🙂
