French niche line Liquides Imaginaires has launched Âme du Coeur, the second fragrance in the Eaux de l’âme trilogy (see Beauté du Diable). 

The heart is indeed a powerful symbol of life and love. The heart has been associated with love, passion, emotion and romance for centuries, with Cupid's arrow piercing the heart being a well-known image in art and literature. The heart is the source of our deepest emotions and desires, or that it is the place where our truest self resides.

Âme du Coeur is love, the soul of the heart. Precious as a ruby, explosive as a bomb and bold as spice. Its light is your inner heart.

Âme du Coeur was developed by perfumer Louise Turner. The notes feature mandarin, blood orange, grapefruit, ginger, pink and black pepper, cardamom, cypress, elemi, cocoa guaiac wood, pomarose, tonka bean, akigalakwood, vanillin, vetiver and cedar.

Liquides Imaginaires Âme du Coeur is available in 100 ml Eau de Parfum, $200.
