Nice shades and a pretty good price. Where’s the banana for scale? 🤣

Oh man, the thought of having a mouth full of iris sounds so nice! Alas, I’ve curtailed my lipstick/gloss/etc. purchases as I have too many and really only ever want to wear Dior Addict Lip Glow…

None of those shades would suit me so I am not worrying about it 🙂

Ah. So is Dior Adfict Lip Glow really worth the price? I can be convinced, just asking!

I love it — the Dior 8 shade is so good on me. I like that it’s balmy and easier to wear than lipstick, and lasts fairly well for what it is.

I should look into it. I’m not a fan of any the lipsticks I have right now, and gloss is just so…sticky.

I really don’t like these refillable lipsticks. I splurged on one several years and the company stopped making refills. If they’re concerned about recycling, then just make the case biodegradable and be done with it.
The colors are very pretty, all 3 of them.

These are actually called refills and you can buy a metal case separately, but looks to me like you can use them just fine with or without the metal case.

That’s good to know, my refills did not work without the case so I was very annoyed. Mostly because now I have a useless case which wasn’t cheap. Reviews of these mention they are small, not full sized lipstick. I guess that answers the price point, but this case is very reasonable.

Aha, so maybe that is true with these too, I really don’t know.

MOB Beauty has some really nice lip balms. All their makeup is in biodegradable packaging and while you can buy a lipstick/balm “case” they work fine without it. It twists up out of a cardboard “case” if you don’t want to buy a “real case.” I’m cheap, so bought it without, and there’s a little cap that fits over the very end of the balm so when the cardboard top is put back on, the balm doesn’t mess everything up. While MOB is not cheap, I’ve liked everything I’ve tried and I’m a fan of the packaging.

The seem to be out of the Iris one, anyway.
