Kevin loved Otherland's Extra Hour candle when he reviewed it back in 2019, and it's back in stock for Otherland's spring collection 2023. His words: "...a lovely melange of what smells like grapefruit peels mixed with fresh mint and peppery shiso...a candle/cocktail that's a perfect summer scent. It brightens my mood to smell it." Still $36, at Otherland.
I have heard others say they make good candles. I need to give this company a try.

Kris, I’ve bought these candles for several years now and I’ve been very happy with them. A very good price point for a high quality scent and look. I think they offer free shipping if you buy the 3 pack. You get to choose the scents. They burn a long time, wick can get sparky from soot buildup but it just needs a regular trim. I like that they all have a lid. Not that mine sit around as I’m a candle devotee, but I hate dusty candles so the lid is useful.

The only person writing reviews on any sort of regular basis now is Jessica. But Kevin will write something if the spirit moves him…it just hasn’t moved him in a long time. Eventually we all pretty much got burned out on writing reviews, myself included.
This candle sounds like it would smell like Eau du Sud, which makes me want it.
