The Invictus bottles are kind of hilarious, so is Kevin’s review of the original.

I sort of like the bottles, to be honest, although there’s no denying they’re campy as heck, like a more refined seventies Avon bottle. (The women’s version, Olympéa, is a straight ripoff of the original 1986 Cartier Panthère bottle, an unimaginative duplicate, and so gets nothing but contempt.) I have never smelled any of the scents and doubt I ever will.

Kevin was not a fan of any of it 😉

I scoffed when I received a gwp sample of Invictus Victory…and rather liked it to my surprise. It was an unoriginal yet innocuous citrus-incense. Dude scents are not my usual style, to put it mildly…

Oh interesting! So maybe it’s much better than regular Invictus.

Lol! In the end, sort of a positive review – an innocuous Dude scent flanker in a notable bottle that is better than the original! I will stock up for graduation presents for nephews…
