Pretty candles in mouth blown Murano glass (reusable!) from Stories of Italy. The Ginger Ginger Ginger (and tripled is usually how I like my ginger) is advertised as "Milanese panettone with spice", and the candle is a good size (700g / 100 hour burn time) but it is not cheap: $210 at Nordstrom.
