The daily lemming

Posted by Robin on 6 October 2021 9 Comments

Pretty sure I need this: Hinoki Magnesium Bath Flake Soak from Bathorium. "Yuzu fruit essential oil with herbaceous Hinoki cypress and distilled ginger CO2 fill the room with soft aromatics that transport you to a state of tranquility. Sit in the still, meditative silence and soak in this blissfully relaxing tub. Let the water transform into a decadent and rejuvenating soak that stills your mind and eases your body." $31 for 750g at Beautyhabit.

Seriously does. And magnesium baths are great for sleep.

I’m pretty sure you do, too! Sounds lovely and I might buy some for myself if I had a bathtub I wanted to soak in :/

Does the magnesium bath experience differ greatly from that of the Epsom?

Epsom is also magnesium. It is magnesium sulfate, whereas “magnesium flakes” are *usually* magnesium chloride. So depends on what you’re after but both should be relaxing!
