Bvlgari has launched two new limited edition fragrances in the luxury Le Gemme collection: Astrea for women and Azaran for men. (Last year's model: Le Gemme Erea and Kobraa.)

Travel the Gems Road to discover the marvels of India and the Ural Mountains - home to both the iridescent aventurine gemstone and precious Saffron spice. Together, these gems of nature inspired the creation of our latest creations, Le Gemme Astrea and Le Gemme Azara [sic] eau de parfums.

Astrea ~ developed by perfumer Alberto Morillas. "Rich and invigorating, Bvlgari Le Gemme Astrea is the feminine olfactory expression of Blue Aventurine. “I wanted to condense the mystery and strength of this precious stone into the most sophisticated fragrance. I selected natural saffron, the most precious spice in the world, which is very rarely used as an essence. The extremely deep notes of saffron are combined with one of the most beautiful qualities of jasmine: Sambac jasmine absolute, which adds a suede feline texture to the fragrance. I enveloped these two wonders of nature with an ultra-intense velvety honey which colours the fragrance and confers unparalleled intensity.” Alberto Morillas"

Azaran ~ developed by perfumer Jacques Cavallier. "Profound and warm, Bvlgari Le Gemme Azaran is the olfactory expression of Red Aventurine. “Saffron is the most precious spice in the world and Bvlgari Le Gemme Azaran is inspired by this wonderful scent: multifaceted, fresh, spicy, warm and leathery. The intense colour of the red Aventurine is the starting point of the creation, blending saffron with bergamot and red cedarwood to create a very sophisticated and powerful fragrance leaving a luxurious woody signature in its trail.” Jacques Cavallier"

Bvlgari Le Gemme Astrea and Azaran are available in 100 ml Eau de Parfum.
