The daily lemming

Posted by Robin on 1 April 2021 6 Comments

A lemming for Coco Mademoiselle fans: the new limited edition Collection Été, coming soon, with two items. Le Gel ("A 2-in-1 after-sun shower gel for the hair and body, delicately scented with the notes of COCO MADEMOISELLE. Designed specially for summer, its formula removes UV filters.") and Coco Mademoiselle L'Eau light fragrance mist for body and hair ("Notes of bright, sparkling citrus are softened by a heart of rose and jasmine petals. The base notes are soft and delicate. A new, summery facet of COCO MADEMOISELLE that is fresher and fruitier.") will both be available in travel-friendly 100 ml.

I don’t consider 100ml as travel size! Marketing magic.

Or they assume you have a set of containers and atomizers in which to decant? Chanel should sell special ones for this purpose ?!

It’s the TSA limit — I see lots of brands calling 100 ml travel size now. I think of travel size as about 15 ml.

For minute I read the Coco without the mademoiselle and started internally acting like a puppy dog who’s beloved person has just come home. And then I noticed mademoiselle… disappointed! But money not spent for sure ?
