Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb Infrared ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 19 March 2021 8 Comments

Viktor & Rolf has launched Spicebomb Infrared, a new fragrance for men. Spicebomb Infrared is a flanker to 2012's Spicebomb, and was inspired by infrared technology that detects body heat.

The notes include red fruits, saffron, habanero pepper, cinnamon, benzoin and tobacco.

Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb Infrared is available in 50 and 90 ml Eau de Toilette.

After Paco Rabanne released Ultraviolet I assumed they’d do an Infrared sooner or later. They never did, although they did do a flanker called Ultrared, which is a stupid name, because ultrared is orange.

Anyway, I’m glad someone finally used the name. It’s a good one. The juice sounds nice, too. I’ll have to check it out when it shows up at Sephora (which I assume it will).

Very surprising nobody has used it already, agree it’s a good one.

It is. I like it better than the last (green) one.

Tried this today. Smells like cinnamon hearts for the longest time on your skin. The fruit give it kinda that sweetness like cinnamon hearts, the habanero gives the heat and the cinnamon gives the spice. Thanks, I hate it. Worst time to launch this too. It would’ve done well for fall. Have to come back to it later, wrong time of year for this.
