Vague tropical floral? No idea though.
It’s interesting that hibiscus seems to be such a thing this spring, since I think (as someone else mentioned) very few have a scent.

Dried hibiscus flowers definitely have a characteristic scent. Sort of citrussy.
Fragrantica describes it as floral with musky undertone. It lists orchid as a synthetic fantasy note, however.
