I had not seen your comment yet when I recommended Bleu Provence too ?, so glad you like it too, their salon de thé is great too with delicious ice cream.
I usually visit Nyons in passing, so only know their Distillerie and the Moulin Dozol- Autrand.
Oh yes, the Moulin is such a great place for olive oil; also the co-operative has added a lot of good products too if you have a chance to stop there.

Thank you Robin, it is such a coincidence that Nyons is the little town where I spend my summers (including last summer), so I am very nostalgic for its many artisanal shops, for eg another one is the distillerie Bleu Provence which has soaps too and organic essential oils of superb quality.
