Has anyone tried Palmolive's dish liquid in Coconut Water and Jasmine? "Experience the delightful scent of refreshing coconut water and comforting jasmine in your kitchen and enjoy radiant and fresh clean dishes! Palmolive Ultra Coconut Water & Jasmine Dishwashing Detergent's concentrated liquid dish soap formula is tough on grease, yet soft on hands." $1.99 for 591 ml at Target, where you'll also find the same product in Lavender & Lime. (And Target doesn't seem to have it, but there is also a Passion Fruit & Mandarin.)

Monday scent of the day 2/10

It’s Monday and Umbrella Day. (Appropriately enough, I woke to the tail end of a storm, with a huge rainbow over the Caribbean Sea.) What fragrance are you wearing?

I will be on vacation all this week, so my only scent until I get back home will be Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess.

Lazy weekend poll ~ Happy 15th Birthday, Now Smell This

If you’d asked me when we turned 5, or again when we turned 10, I probably would have scoffed at the idea that we would make it to 15. But here we are!

My relationship to perfume has changed drastically over the past few years. I still like perfume, and I still get enjoyment out of revisiting the scents in my collection. But I no longer try many new perfumes, and I only rarely write reviews. So I probably would have given up blogging altogether if it were not for Angela, Kevin and Jessica, all of whom have stuck with us since 2006…

Can still smell

...there were 3 sets of identical twins in which one twin had no [olfactory bulb] and the other twin had a normal OB. In all three cases, the person without an OB could actually smell better than their twin. Overall, in that database, they found that 0.6% of women and 4.25% of left-handed women had the same condition.
