Friday scent of the day 3/27

It’s Friday, I think? Our community project for today: wear a perfume by Robert Piguet, Rochas, Roger & Gallet or Reminiscence, if you have one. Partial credit for any other small-ish brand that starts with the letter R.

I probably want the Alabaster more, but I'd take a set of Buly 1803's "scented pencils" too. They're decorative sticks that you dip in the (included) fragrance oil, then "Choose wisely where to place your pencils so that their delicate scent is released fully and widely... in the most original way!" About €53.

(More) postcards from spring, outside elsewhere

First up, the Desert Botanical Garden in Bloom, from Phoenix, Arizona. Below the jump, from the Missouri Botanical Garden, a quick minute on daffodil varieties (and if you’re feeling really cooped up working at home, try their 1 hour video of the stream through the English Woodland Garden, or the 2 hour video of a rainy morning in the Japanese Garden.)

Then, a charming tour of the canceled 2020 Bulb Show at Smith College, followed by (a minute of) “Serenity in the Strolling Pond Garden” from the Portland Japanese Garden.
