The daily lemming

Posted by Robin on 15 July 2020 6 Comments

Probably too spendy for me, but I'd love to have a big bowl of these paper incense "leaves" from Morihata. Shown is Black No. 01 Relax: "Reminiscent of a quiet forest grove, this scent is perfect for deep relaxation. Vetiver relieves tension, and cypress calms the mind." Additional notes include hiba and bergamot. $7 each at Beautyhabit, where they also have leaves in Agar Wood, Sleep, Sandalwood and White Floral.

Yikes! That’s kinda pricey for a single incense leaf. But I’m like you, I’d love to afford a whole bowl or tray.

I *might* spend that on a “perfect” incense stick, maybe, because I rarely burn a whole stick at a time? But really I might not. And if these burn at the rate of Papier d’Armenie, nope, I want them to cost about a dollar.

My takeaway is to round up my vetiver and cypress EOs and make a body spray. ??
