The daily lemming

Posted by Robin on 11 June 2020 6 Comments

Frédéric Malle has painted the discovery sets red? Or were they already red and I didn't notice? One for women (Carnal Flower, Eau de Magnolia, En Passant, Iris Poudre, Portrait of a Lady and Une Rose) and one for men (Bigarade Concentrée, French Lover, Géranium pour Monsieur, Monsieur, Musc Ravageur and Vétiver Extraordinaire); each set is six x 1.2 ml, €25 at Malle in the EU.

Would you look at that… one I can afford! Lol
I’m pretty sure the red is new. I think it started when Rose&Cuir came out.

I thought they were new, but I am capable of missing much 🙂

They have been red for a while and much smaller than the usual. I think it is more cost effective to get the 3-sample set for $20 (which I believe includes shipping); you choose the perfume and also get the $20 back as a credit when purchasing a FB although I’m not sure if the credit is good for any fragrance or just for one of the three sampled.

You can still buy those sets that are more like 3.5 ml…but they are not red.

They are red a little longer indeed, since my sample of Music for a While (2018) was red as well. Liked the old samples better since they were in glass and held more juice. Oh well.

HA, then indeed I just didn’t notice!
