Bond no. 9 FiDi ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 12 October 2019 2 Comments

Niche line Bond no. 9 has launched FiDi, a new masculine fragrance inspired by New York City's Financial District.

New York’s most iconic fragrance house takes you to the southern tip of Manhattan to capture the pulse and promise of one of the city’s most historic neighborhoods. An energetic, magnetic, audacious scent tailor-made for an outgoing, confident, modern man.

FiDi was developed by perfumer Harry Frémont. The notes include black pepper, bergamot, mandarin, nutmeg, lotus flower, cedar, vanilla and musk.

Bond no. 9 Fidi is available now at Saks, $380 for 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

I don’t know which part of the Financial District smells like this and I speak for someone who worked there for many years.

Pretty sure there is yet to be a Bond neighborhood fragrance that is meant to smell exactly like the neighborhood. Probably more accurate to say they’re aspirational fragrances for people who’d like to be the kind of person who lives or works in that neighborhood 🙂
