Badgley Mischka Forest Noir ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 11 October 2019 8 Comments

Badgley Mischka has launched Forest Noir, a new fragrance for women.

Enchantment envelopes [sic] your senses with Badgley Mischka's new fragrance, Forest Noir. A sweet burst of sparkling citron, pear and mandarin leaf unfolds into a radiant floral bouquet of night-blooming jasmine, Bulgarian rose and hyacinth. The mystery lingers in a modern combination of dewy moss, patchouli and vanilla absolute.

Badgley Mischka Forest Noir is available now at Macy's in 100 ml Eau de Parfum, $115.

Shouldn’t Forest Noir smell like chocolate and cherries?

I loved the one that was released around 2006, so I will try this one.

The license switched last year and I did not try the new one, so no idea if they are in the same ballpark or not.

I liked that one too and have had swap regret ever since I passed on my bottle 🙁

Cute bottle but I won’t try it out. Why? As much as I love hyacinth in perfume, the other notes just don’t seem to go with it.

Sigh. I was going to ask why it wasn’t “Fôret Noire,” but then I got to the “envelopes [sic]” part and realized somebody doesn’t speak either English or French all that well.

    In other words, situation normal?
