The daily lemming

Posted by Robin on 27 May 2019 6 Comments

Pretty bottles of Jo Malone Velvet Rose & Oud (shown) and Myrrh & Tonka Intense, decorated for Ramadan by calligraphy artist Wissam Shawkat. They are limited edition and I don't know how widely they will be distributed — if you want one, you might want to contact your local Jo Malone counter and ask. Right now you can find the Myrrh & Tonka at Selfridges in the UK.

I was curious about the artist . Just a link to show some more of his art, including a design used on Ambre de Merveilles

Thank you Kanuka! And you can still find that AdM bottle online, it’s gorgeous.

Dagnabbit! Velvet Rose & Oud is the one JM I wear. Maybe it’s not a special price…?

At Selfridges, the Myrrh & Tonka 100 ml bottle is only £6 more than the “regular” 100 ml bottle, so that’s not too bad at all.

I’m really sad I already own the Velvet Rose Oud in the black bottle, I love that blue bottle. 🙁
