    Looks great, BUT:
    – would the paper deteriorate over time (and how soon)? If I were to guess, way before 100 mLs worth of sprays

I see a marketing opportunity for repeat customers: include
    – at most 50 mLs of fragrance
    – a Diffuser Discovery kit with atomizer samples of the other available scents and do it yourself origami paper with instructions on how to fold in a simple accordion style and try out the other scents
    – a unique coupon code for ordering a second paper diffuser / scent and/or paper diffuser only assuming that the original diffuser will deteriorate (but someone needs to write the ad copy to convey that the scent can be diffused in another room and not because the original one will be shredded to bits).

Overthinking much? Sure, why not? ?

I wonder how they’ll hold up too! You’d think the paper would get discolored eventually, among other things.

Very cute, and I can’t wait to see the downmarket versions.

I would love it if they bring back the pleated bottles…since they mentioned them in the ad speak;)

From what I can tell, the scent is added to the base of the diffuser and then is diffused via the paper origami sphere on top. So, there’s no spraying of the paper structure necessary. And yes, agreed: Bring back the classic, ribbed bottle. Even if just for a while. (Disclaimer: I have enough ribbed Goutal bottles that I could probably just refill them forever and be ok…but that doesn’t help other folks who may be missing the bottle, too.)

Yes, that’s how it works, sorry if I wasn’t clear!
