    Two hundred and forty dollars.

    In THAT bottle.

They’ve got some kind of nerve.

Bottle is not exciting but it doesn’t bother me. If it bothers you, you can buy the $500 leather case to cover it 😉

I just feel as if they should have, you know, put a little effort into it? Put an ombré tint on the bottle, used a fan stopper, almost anything to give it a little verve.

But I’m one of those people who’s bought a scent because the bottle was nice, and conversely refused to buy one because the bottle was ugly or boring.

I am guessing they are going for classy apothecary look, which seems to be the thing lately. I have never seen them in person so can’t comment…maybe they look better in real life? Or maybe, seriously, they would rather you buy one of the cases if you want decoration.

It’s what Hermes does too, and they’re a little more $ but not that much more. Then again, Hermes does tint the bottle and does the matching cap. I personally think they are better looking than these, and also a better fit with the brand.

I feel more like ”…for THOSE notes?”

        Well, that too, of course.

I find the LV bottles beautiful in person, the photos don’t do them justice. They’re refillable which is awesome. Yes $240 is steep!
