Portuguese brand Claus Porto has launched a new Agua de Colonia collection (the 2014 Agua de Colonia collection appears to be discontinued). The five new fragrances — Agua Vetiver, Agua Geranium, Agua Fougère, Agua Clementine and Agua Porto — were developed by perfumer Lyn Harris.

1 Agua Vetiver ~ "Agua Vetiver encapsulates a rare cooling moment where the ocean breeze and shadows of the passing clouds combine. Haitian Vetiver and eucalyptus float over an earthly base of cedar, sea moss and amber."

2 Agua Geranium ~ "Claus Porto's Agua Geranium cologne is Lyn’s ode to the botanical gardens, or Jardim Botânico - a tropical oasis surrounded by the city of Lisbon. A top note of geranium transports us to this exotic escape."

3 Agua Fougère (not shown) ~ "Agua Fougère is an ode to the villages of the Troia peninsula, built alongside beaches with dunes planted with aromatic pine. This woody fragrance combines pine needle, jasmine, cedar and marine moss to encapsulate the scents that float into these villages on the sea breeze."

4 Agua Clementine (not shown) ~ "Agua Clementine recalls the vineyards dotted along the banks of the River Douro and the citrusy scent that permeates the air. Mandarin, grapefruit and lavender combine to become this succulent fragrance."

5 Agua Porto (not shown) ~ "Agua Porto is inspired by Claus Porto’s home town. In Porto wild plant life grows through cracks in ancient stone walls and the sea breeze is an ever-present backdrop. Scents of bergamot and cypress set against sea moss and amber encapsulate this beguiling city."

The Claus Porto Agua de Colonia fragrances are available in 125 ml, $130 each. In the UK, they are £85 each at Liberty of London.
