Oscar de la Renta Bella Blanca ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 11 January 2018 2 Comments

Oscar de la Renta Bella Blanca

Oscar de la Renta will launch Bella Blanca, a new fragrance for women, in March.

BELLA BLANCA was inspired by nature’s beautiful delights, sharing their enchanting scents with the world. Still covered in dew drops from the morning mist, the soft sweetness of sparkling pear swirls in a gorgeous floral breeze. Gentle hints of lush green leaves and muguet blooms awaken towards the sunlight to mingle with soft petals of orange flower and tuberose. A background of creamy sandalwood and white orris dance with silky musks, giving the fragrance a warm long-lasting trail. Firmenich Master Perfumer, Harry Fremont perfectly captures Mr. de la Renta’s joyful love of life in this enticing fragrance.

Oscar de la Renta Bella Blanca will be available in 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

I might give this a sniff. I wore the original Oscar de la Renta fragrance when it first came out & loved it, though that was many years ago – I remember Ruffles, his second fragrance? which was fun but not me, then I wore what we would now call a flanker which was the original Oscar but a different colour (green?) but not edp or edt (can’t remember, it’s an age thing!) but in the same tall, fluted bottle with the black cap & grey packaging.

I missed all the early OdlR fragrances, but they sure do seem to have fans!
