I watched this without the sound ( as it’s very early in the morning and didn’t want to wake anyone ) and thought it looked like a story that explains to a kid that mummy and daddy aren’t talking anymore ( let alone being able to be in the same room as each other) but still love the child very much etc. etc. Still, they do manage to have very clean laundry ( such white socks!) so things haven’t fallen apart completely.
YES — I watched it with sound and still found it odd that the adults don’t interact with each other.
A nuclear family for nuclear sillage.
