BeauFort London Iron Duke ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 8 September 2017 4 Comments

Beaufort London Iron Duke

BeauFort London kicks off a new series, Revenants, with Iron Duke, a metallic woody fragrance inspired by the 1st Duke of Wellington.

REVENANTS’ presents a collection of olfactory impressions of figures from Britain’s past. Characters from our history whose presence lingers, subtly.

Vol 1 – ‘Iron Duke’ is a tribute to Arthur Wellesley, Duke Of Wellington (1769 – 1852). Here, perfumer Julie Dunkley has created a strikingly powerful fragrance with animalic depths – an apparition of the celebrated horseman, warrior politician and sartorial pioneer.

BeauFort London Iron Duke is available now at Bloom Perfumery in the UK, £95 for 50 ml Eau de Parfum.

Hmm, I like BeauFort London stuff and would like to try this. I’m not so crazy about Blooms 1ml samples though, as I always need 2ml to test something (and you can’t buy 2 of the same sample in the same order).

Beaufort sells 2 ml samples. Doesn’t look like they have samples of this one yet though.

Ah, thanks for the tip – they have this as a sample now!
