Robert Piguet Nuit Velours ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 19 July 2017 9 Comments

Robert Piguet Nuit Velours

Robert Piguet has launched Nuit Velours, a new fragrance.

A beautiful new star is Born... "Nuit Velours" de Robert Piguet makes its official debut today at Selfridges of London. This creamy, sumptuous and gently decadent fragrance has been inspired by the beauty of treasured memories that lye [sic] within the hearts of us all. An intoxicating blend of pink pepper oil, rose, violet, vanilla absolute, sandalwood and musks. Tempation awaits...

Robert Piguet Nuit Velours is available now at Selfridges in the UK, in 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

Update: Nuit Velours was developed by perfumer Jacques Huclier.

Sounds lovely! Wish this line was more readily accessible in the U.S. I’ve only seen the full collection at Bergdorf’s. Guess I’ll have to wait until my next visit. Bummer????

They aren’t all that easy to find here, it’s true. The UK seems to be their biggest (online) market.

this sounds nice. Robert Piguet is rather elusive in the UK too. I’ll have to see if Harvey Nichols Leeds carry it. if not, it’ll be Selfridges Manchester. I wish they would do smaller bottles for a reasonable-ish price. I love my Petit Fracas, but there are only a number of occasions that I think it is suitable for, as I feel it’s a very dress-up situation kind of fragrance. I don’t think I’ll use all the 100ml up before it goes off. I do wear it when I can though.

Hope you saw this, although who knows if it’s still available. Plus, not so fantastic as individual travel sizes…

I did consider buying the set because I do like all of the perfumes in it, until I saw the price. it does seem a bit pricey for only 25ml of perfume haha.

Selfridges in Birmingham carries it for sure. Also SAC Perfumes in Malaga, if you were going to be passing through that part of Spain this Summer.

I found my Petit Fracas in Selfridges Trafford Centre. I live near Leeds, so Birmingham is kind of far for me but it’s a city I want to visit 🙂
