Avon Haiku Reflection ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 9 June 2017 10 Comments

Avon Haiku Reflection

Avon has launched Haiku Reflection, a new fragrance for women. Haiku Reflection is a flanker to Avon's popular 2001 Haiku perfume, and follows 2014's Haiku Kyoto Flower.

Discover the essence of peaceful enlightenment with the new Haiku Reflection Eau de Parfum. Joining the well-loved Haiku and Haiku Kyoto Flower fragrances, it takes you on a journey of inner peace and balance. The simple elegance of this fragrance makes it perfect for everyday wear.

Haiku Reflection was developed by perfumer Ilias Ermenidis. The notes include pear, capucine, radiant water accord, magnolia, acacia blossom, freesia, musk, apricot skin and amber wood.

Avon Haiku Reflection is available in 50 ml Eau de Parfum ($23) and in matching bath & body products.

I likw the shape of the bottle and the cap but the color is too baby blue for it to feel zen. I would have used an ombre grayish green fading to brownish gray.

I would change the shade of blue too, but still, like that bottle.

Agreed, for one moment I thought I was looking at a fragrance for babies.

Ha, if only! Too bad this brand is not in a shop nearby, for 23 dollar that would be a cheap and easy solution (no yoga stuff needed) haha 😉

Well, based on the fact that this perfumer also created Gucci by Gucci (which I bought when it was released), I’d be glad to give it a try.
I haven’t tried any Avon fragrances since the 1980’s, so I have no idea of their quality these days.

The baby blue makes it look kind of like a baby bottle.

Very cute bottle. And I second apricot skin, sounds lovely.
Avon is not available in Sweden, so I have no relation at all. Is the brand a bit like Oriflame? Some decent stuff, many perfumes inspired by blockbuster scents?
