    Much as I love my Penhaligon’s Bluebell (as you are well aware, Robin!) I would be reluctant to try this one given the ‘face’ of the product. Not meaning to be unkind, but I am so tired of celeb offspring getting gigs because of who they are, as opposed to on their own merits.

      Interesting. I don’t think I care who they pay to front a fragrance — I mean, you’re right that it’s silly that she gets hired just because she’s Madonna’s daughter, but I don’t choose my fragrances via celebrity spokespersons anyway. That is, if they hired a fantastic unknown, I still wouldn’t buy it unless I loved it.

        Indeed, Robin, I don’t really care about the advertising either, it won’t make me try or not try something – I was just having a mini rant about celeb offspring I suppose!
