Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess 2017

Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess, the brand's yearly limited edition summer fragrance, is back, featuring new packaging for 2017, plus a new Eau de Parfum concentration.

A sensuous, sun-drenched blend of Bergamot, warm Amber, Tiare Flower and Vanilla combined with delicious creamy Coconut. All heat. All desire. All woman." $60 for 50 ml.

Bronze Goddess Eau de Parfum (above center) ~ "The cult fragrance, now in a captivating Eau de Parfum. A sensuous, sun-drenched blend of bergamot, warm amber, tiare flower and vanilla combined with delicious creamy coconut. It's endless summer." $70 for 50 ml or $95 for 100 ml.

Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess Shimmering Oil For Hair And Body (above right) ~ "It's endless summer. This super-luxurious shimmer spray helps revitalize and condition dull, dry skin." $45 for 50 ml.

I’d hate to see you give in now after holding out so long! Now way can it live up to that many years of anticipation anyway.

I’m not usually a beachy floral person but it does sound fun.

Has anyone tried it this year? What’s the body cream like? Thoughts- changed?

I cannot tell in that image if the bottle is pink or pale bronze?

It looks like rose gold to me! Right in between pink and copper.

If you don’t love it, try the whipped body cream (assuming they make it again this year). I find it much stronger and longer-lasting than the Eau Fraiche.

Robin! I was wondering, is their glitter/shimmer to the cream? I’m not very fond of shinning like a Twilight vampire. Thanks! ^_^

No, no shimmer or glitter, and it’s pretty darned moisturizing. I’ve no way of knowing if this year’s cream is the same, but usually BG doesn’t change much from year to year.

Thanks so much! There’s usually a tester for the cream, so I’ll see about this years if and when I ever make it to a mall. It’s been ages! Haha! #bumz

My 2015 version has quite a bit of heft and sillage, so not sure I can wrap my head around an edp version…

I was not unhappy with the original either. And the body cream is so strong I often mix it with an unscented cream.

I’ve wanted to love this, I really have, but I think the tiare comes out as dill on my skin. Tried it again tonight, and even darling husband described as unpleasant 🙁

2014 version, will be going on my swap list our next swap meet…
