Fracas 60 ans

It’s Almost-Friday! What fragrance are you wearing?

I’m in Germaine Cellier’s glorious Robert Piguet Fracas, as restored by Pierre Negrin (and possibly redone several times over since). Five stars. Luca Turin: “Pink and silver, with tuberose red in between.”

Like something you could mix with bourbon

A perfume with notes of vanilla is a safe choice for pretty much anyone on your list. The best-selling scent in Weinberg’s store so far is a Swiss perfume with notes of vanilla, pipe tobacco and patchouli. “It’s delicious,” says Weinberg. “Like something you could mix with bourbon.”
