Tom Ford will launch Velvet Orchid Lumière in November. The new fragrance for women is a flanker to 2014's Velvet Orchid.
Notes for the gourmand fragrance include bergamot, mandarin, honey, rum, jasmine, rose, sandalwood and myrrh.
Tom Ford Velvet Orchid Lumière will be available in 50 ($120) and 100 ($168) ml Eau de Parfum.

The name made me think it was going to be one of those lighter summery releases despite autumn starting soon here in my half of the world, but the notes totally suggest otherwise.
While I haven’t tried many of the Orchid flankers, I love the notes list on this one and reach for Black Orchid quite often this time of year. I’ll definitely have to track down a sample of this and the original Velvet Orchid to see how they compare.
Sadly, I tried VO and don’t even remember it — will have to go try them both.

I have a bottle of the original and I really like it. A few sprays is all you need. This one sounds fantastic. Wouldn’t mind trying it.
