Kenzo L’Eau Kenzo Electric Wave ~ new fragrances

Posted by Robin on 17 March 2016 4 Comments

Kenzo L’Eau Par Kenzo Electric Wave

Kenzo has launched L'Eau Kenzo Electric Wave Pour Femme and Pour Homme, new limited edition flankers to L’Eau Par Kenzo Pour Femme and Pour Homme.

L'Eau Kenzo Electric Wave Pour Femme ~ "L'EAU KENZO is celebrating its 20th anniversary. For this occasion, L'EAU KENZO reinterprets its star ingredient, Lotus flower. At the heart of this elegant floral fruity fragrance, the Lotus flower refreshes and enlivens the juicy notes of Nectarine and Red Apple against the White Musk base." Additional notes include jasmine and cedar.

L'Eau Kenzo Electric Wave Pour Homme ~ "L'EAU KENZO is celebrating its 20th anniversary. For this occasion, L'EAU KENZO reinterprets its star ingredient, Yuzu. The fresh zest of Yuzu, captured in its raw form, joyfully energizes the Green Apple and Fresh Mint against the Cedar Wood base. A fruity, woody fragrance with an electrifying aura." Additional notes include cardamom and tonka bean.

Kenzo L'Eau Kenzo Electric Wave Pour Femme and Pour Homme are available in 50 ml Eau de Toilette.

Remember when Kenzo used to make terrific, one-of-a-kind scents? *wistful sigh*

Yes!! But that said, I haven’t really tried everything they’ve done lately. Never even saw Totem.

I shuddered after reading the notes list for those.

Ditto. I would go so far as to say that if those were representative elements of the scent and not just accent notes, then the greatest perfumer in the world couldn’t turn either of those into a decent fragrance. A fruity floral with apple? A fresh men’s scent? THOSE are original.

        Yeah, I’m jaded and bitter.
